THE JOURNEY BEHIND THE WORK
Kyle Yvette Young’s journey began with a deep fascination with culture, human behavior, and the intricate ways our experiences can shape the way we think, behave, connect, and see ourselves.
For more than two decades, she has explored the forces that influence human behavior—from unconscious bias and cultural conditioning to organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, conflict, neuroplasticity, and the patterns we carry across generations.
Her professional development has been intentionally multidisciplinary. As a Professional Neuroplastician, certified executive conflict coach, and practitioner with advanced training in inclusive leadership, cultural intelligence, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and neuroplasticity, Kyle has continually sought to understand not only what people do, but why we do it—and what makes change possible.
Her background in Inclusive Leadership, combined with years of professional practice, teaching, facilitation, consulting, and organizational engagement, has allowed her to translate complex concepts into language people can actually use.
But Kyle's work didn't begin with a framework.
It began with questions.
Why do people repeat patterns they say they want to change?
Why do beliefs learned in childhood sometimes continue to influence adults decades later?
Why can something feel so deeply embedded that we mistake it for identity?
Why do organizations continue to reproduce patterns even when their leaders genuinely want something different?
And perhaps most importantly:
WHERE DID I LEARN THIS?
Today, Kyle brings those years of exploration, education, professional practice, and lived experience together through REWIRE™, her signature six-step methodology:
Recognize. Examine. Wake Up. Intentionally Choose. Reinforce. Evolve.
REWIRE™ translates the complex conversation around human behavior, patterns, conditioning, culture, and change into an accessible framework for individuals, leaders, teams, organizations, and communities.
Her goal isn't to tell people who they should become.
It is to help them become more conscious of what has been influencing them, create space for intentional choice, and consider what becomes possible when they choose what comes next.

The Power Is Yours: A Childhood Spark
Growing up, Captain Planet's message, 'The Power Is Yours,' sparked Kyle's inquiry into human agency. This insight shaped her understanding: influence is potent, but never a mandate. It laid the groundwork for her Transgenerational Impact®.
This insight became the bedrock of Kyle's work as a Professional Neuroplastician. She explores how inherited patterns and cultures shape default behaviors, emphasizing that intentional choice remains our most profound power. Programming ≠ Permanence.
A Foundational Principle
Influence may shape your journey; but never grant permission to stay on Autopilot.
